My #1 Post Ever
I am honestly not surprised that this post has remained my most popular! Who doesn't love PF Chang's Lettuce Wraps?! I found the original recipe from Damn Delicious (if you haven't looked at the rest of her recipes you are missing out) and I tweaked it just a bit!

Hustle Darling
Wow! I think it's been almost 3 weeks since I've been able to visit blogland! I know this is always my excuse but yall my life has been CRAZY lately and unfortunately July isn't going to slow down.
Today starts day 1 in my new territory at work and while I am SO excited to be just 5 minutes away from my apartment instead of 30-45, this new territory is the most challenging. I now rep the accounts in Dallas that do the most volume and see the most business than any other territory. Today is the day that I'm told being a rep is no longer my job but it's my lifestyle. And you know what? I'm actually REALLY excited about that!
Here's the big catch! I also am training to finally be a Pure Barre instructor this month. So on top of learning a whole new set of accounts and buyers, I will be trying to cram every bit of Pure Barre knowledge into my head and take my test before the month is over. Did I also mention that I am out of town every weekend this month? I'm going back to Odessa this weekend, Austin next weekend for a bachelorette party, and OKC the next weekend for a wedding shower. Whew! I'm going to need some major tips from Amanda on how she handles it all!
So in light of all of this craziness I decided this week to share some of my top blog posts. Stay tuned this week for delicious recipes, crazy trip recaps and more!
To end today's catch up post, here are 3 quotes that I am trying to keep in the front of my mind this month!
