Because she's a Shih Tzu

Sometimes you just gotta get away with your girlfriends.  That's exactly what a few of us did last weekend.  Ash, Lindsey and I packed up and headed down to Katy, TX to see the one and only Brookie Snookie!

First we had to stop at Buc-ee's for Dr. Pepper Icees!  Priorities people!

I haven't seen Brooke since her  beautiful wedding in Mexico and I couldn't wait to see her new house!
Let me tell you, Brookie did not disappoint on the home decor!  I couldn't stop looking around at all of her gazillion picture frames and crosses and other big bold decorations.  Her decorating philosophy comes from her beautiful Mama Ellison: "It's gotta be BIG, BOLD, and make a STATEMENT!"  Pretty sure I will be using this philosophy a lot in my new home up north.  Michigan and his white bachelor walls are in for a colorful treat :)
We seriously spent all weekend drinking wine, shopping, eating, and laughing!  I also discovered my new guilty pleasure:

This show is a serious train wreck in the BEST way possible.  If you haven't seen it, do yourself a big entertaining favor and watch it.  I think we watched 6 episodes in one sitting.

I mean how do you not just love everything that comes out of these two's mouths?

The weekend was absolutely perfect and I could not love these 3 girls anymore than I already do!  I will miss them so much when I leave!
