December Goals

Happy December 1st!  I know everyone says this but I really can't believe that December is already here.  Linking up with Biana today!

My Thanksgiving and my weekend were pretty low key.  I went out with one of my college friends Friday night and I may or may not have had a date Saturday ;)  The rest of the weekend was spent doing a million loads of laundry and a lot of napping.  Next Monday I promise my Weekending post will be really good since I'm going to see Justin Timberlake this weekend with my college girlfriends!

Since it is the first of the month I want to make sure I get my December goals up!  November was a big month for me with the move and the job stuff that I don't feel like I've really stopped to enjoy anything yet.  Let's take a look at how November Goals went.

November Goals
1. Learn my new job as fast as possible
Still learning but starting next week I will officially be done with training.

2. Get back into my workout routine
I haven't gone to the gym in my apartment complex yet but I have been going to barre and Beyond 500 whenever I can.

3. Write and apartment post
I failed on this one.  I haven't hung anything on the walls yet and I've been here a full month.  I'm so behind!

4. Spend 1 night on the roof of my apartment drinking wine and looking at the stars
I haven't had a chance to do this when the weather was nice.  We had a couple of weeks that were just plain cold and windy here.  Definitely not rooftop weather.

5. Re-connect with old Dallas friends
I'm still trying to see everyone but the holidays are making it so hard.

Now for December Goals:

1. Continue decorating the apartment
I'm still on the lookout for certain things but I have to get some pictures on my blank walls.

2. Eat as clean as possible during the week
I have to eat out a lot for this job so I need to make sure that the food I am cooking is a clean as possible.

3. Work out at least 5 days out of the week
I actually just a great opportunity that is going to help me out with this goal. Details coming soon!

4. Make 1 new recipe a week
This month I have gotten stuck in the single girl diet of Wheat Thins, hummus and popcorn.  No more of that!

5. Do something Christmasy in Dallas
There are so many great holiday events in this city and I want to make sure I get to enjoy at least one of them.

This week is sure to be insane with everything I have to get done before my trip but I am going to try my hardest not to fall off the blogging radar again!  Happy Monday lovebugs!

  11. We have been in our house almost a year and my bedroom is still blank, ugly walls. If I'm being honest, the living room and dining room are the only rooms some what decorated! Can't wait to see when you're done!
