OMG I Blogged

I'm here!  I'm alive!  Yall I can't believe I've been so absent from blogland but holy cow my last couple of weeks have been INSANE and I literally haven't had a spare minute until today.  What better way to kick off my return to the blog than linking up with my favorite lady Biana to talk about my weekend.

Friday night I we had our grand opening party at Pure Barre!  It was so much fun to see everyone dressed up and gussied up and not in our normal workout gear.  I only managed to snag one pic on the step-and-repeat because I was so busy chatting with everyone!

I cant figure out why the lighting is so weird!  As fun as the event was I have to admit I felt a little awkward.  All of the other ladies that teach there have significant others so it was a little hard to be the ONLY single one.  Normally being single doesn't bother me but for some reason that night it did.

Saturday I headed back to the barre studio to get my butt kicked into shape!  Afterwards I met my friend Shannon at a place called Mutts which is maybe the coolest concept ever.  This place is a big dog park with a bar.  You pay $5 to bring your dog in and you can either play or let the staff handle them while you eat and get a drink.  The weather was beautiful so it was so fun to sit outside and watch all of the puppies.  Right before we left I got a Dallas celeb sighting of 2 of my favorite Bravo stars, Courtney Kerr and Tori Gonzales!  No one I was with cared at all but I was like a little teenage girl seeing her crush or something.  Yall they really are the pretty in real life.

Saturday night I got to go out for a friends 30th birthday party!  Lindsay is one of the funniest and sweetest people I have ever met and it was so great to hang out and have drinks!

Sunday I treated myself to my very first set of lash extensions.  I have always wanted to try them but they are so expensive.  I was given a gift certificate for a free set so I figured I'd try it out. Yall these things are INTENSE.  I absolutely love them but I know my bank account will not love the price of getting them re-done every 3 weeks.
