September Goals
1. Be an organized packer.
I think I accomplished this. I sent most of my stuff into storage in Dallas and then packed the rest of it for my time in Odessa with my family. I think I only ended up with one "random" box.
2. Continue to work out even though my gym is closing.
I made it to barre or boot camp at least 3 days a week.
3. Send all birthday cards on time.
Accomplished! Let's see if I can keep it going in October.
Now for the October Goals.
October Goals
1. Find a job in Dallas
I've decided to stay in Odessa while I look for a job rather than blow through my savings living in an apartment in Dallas while I job hunt. I've been applying for every sales/marketing job I see so fingers and toes crossed that something comes my way soon.
2. Continue to work out without a gym
So obviously I'm not going to get a gym membership in Odessa since I'm (hoping) that I won't be there that long. I have plenty of workouts that I don't need a gym for, I just have to get off of my ass and do them.
3. Cook for my parents
My mom has only had a few things that I've cooked: guacamole, queso, enchiladas, and the stuff I help with on holidays. Neither she or my dad have ever had me cook a whole meal for them so I'm definitely wanting to show off my new culinary skills. Don't get too excited 'rents.
4. Eat my way through the State Fair of Texas
Shannon and I have a tradition of going to the fair every year. I obvs didn't get to participate last year but I am SO EXCITED to eat enough food for a small family! Deep Fried Breakfast for Dinner anyone?
5. Keep a positive outlook on my new life
As you all know, I'm basically starting over. New job (hopefully), new apartment (soon), new view on Dallas, and a new Elise. Up until this point I have done my best to be positive about every experience so I'm going to try my best to keep that attitude.

Seriously, where did September go? Fingers crossed that one of the jobs works out for you soon! And deep fried breakfast for dinner?? I want to come!
